Humans live today in a high‐tech and informationalized society. With the development of the emerging electronic information age, various electronic systems are inclined to be multifunctional and miniaturized. It is urgent to develop “small and powerful” micro‐batteries with flexibility and high electrochemical performance to meet the diverse needs of microelectronic components. However, low electrochemical performance exists in traditional microenergy storage devices, which fail to satisfy the energy needs for microdevices. Here, for the first time, a planar integrated flexible rechargeable dual‐ion microbattery (DIMB) is reported, which is fabricated from an interdigital pattern of graphite as an electrode and lithium hexafluorophosphate as an electrolyte. As a microbattery, the DIMB exhibits a high reversible capacity of 56.50 mAh cm?3, and excellent cycle stability with 90% capacity retention after 300 cycles under a high working voltage. The application of DIMB in microdevices, such as light‐emitting diodes (LEDs), digital electronic game consoles, and electrochromic glasses is also investigated, fully demonstrating its “small and powerful” performance. The integrated DIMB is a high‐voltage microdevice that reaches a nonpareil discharge voltage of about 100 V and a charging capacity of 102 mAh g?1. This dual ion‐based flexible microbattery could become a promising candidate for energy storage and conversion components in next‐generation microelectronic devices and integrated electronic devices. 相似文献

The selection of the correct values for passive elements, resistors, and capacitors, is an important task in analog active filter design. The classic method of choosing passive elements is a difficult task and can lead to errors. To reduce the incidence of error and human effort evolutionary optimization techniques are used to select the values of capacitors and resistors. However, due to the single objective optimization technique, these are not well suited to optimize different filter parameters. For this reason, the performance of a multi-objective genetic algorithm named non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) against the different single objective algorithms is evaluated. Two analog active filters: A fourth order Butterworth and a second order state variable filter with the operational amplifiers in their cores are used for testing purposes. In both cases two different objects are chosen along with eight components as variables to be optimized. The component values are compatible with the E12, E24 and E96 series using NSGA-II. The computation results are better in terms of design error and allow for better resistor and capacitor choice. To reach the same or better results the NSGA-II needs fewer generations compared with other genetic algorithms for this problem. 相似文献

由于挥发性有机物(VOCs)会对环境造成严重的危害,因此VOCs的处理一直备受人们的关注,但发展高效的VOCs处理技术仍然存在严峻的挑战。本文针对大风量、低浓度VOCs的处理展开了综述,重点围绕吸附、催化燃烧处理展开讨论。对于大风量的低浓度VOCs,虽然浓度较低但VOCs排放量非常巨大。通过VOCs浓缩技术,提高浓度减少风量成为降低VOCs处理成本的有效途径。其中,发展高性能VOCs吸附材料是VOCs浓缩技术的关键。阐明了活性炭、分子筛等重要吸附材料的性质及其吸附VOCs的原理,并对吸附材料性质和VOCs种类对吸附效果的影响进行了探讨。展望了活性炭浓缩-催化燃烧技术和分子筛转轮浓缩-催化燃烧技术在大风量的低浓度VOCs处理中的应用前景。 相似文献

The mirror-modified filtered-x least mean squares (MMFxLMS ) algorithm is a variation of the FxLMS algorithm with online secondary path modeling that cannot diverge due to secondary path modeling errors. However, problems may occur when the ambient noise is not limited due to insufficient modeling power. This work shows that under a frequency domain analysis without ambient noise, the MMFxLMS algorithm is always stable, and expressions for the maximum residual noise level at any given time are obtained. It is also shown that, under the same context, convergence to the minimum residual noise is guaranteed. Still, convergence can be much slower for high secondary path modeling errors than that of the LMS or MFxLMS algorithms. Simulations confirm these results. 相似文献

This paper presents a direct model-based predictive control scheme for voltage source inverters (VSIs) with reduced common-mode voltages (CMVs). The developed method directly finds optimal vectors without using repetitive calculation of a cost function. To adjust output currents with the CMVs in the range of –Vdc/6 to +Vdc/6, the developed method uses voltage vectors, as finite control resources, excluding zero voltage vectors which produce the CMVs in the VSI within ±Vdc/2. In a model-based predictive control (MPC), not using zero voltage vectors increases the output current ripples and the current errors. To alleviate these problems, the developed method uses two non-zero voltage vectors in one sampling step. In addition, the voltage vectors scheduled to be used are directly selected at every sampling step once the developed method calculates the future reference voltage vector, saving the efforts of repeatedly calculating the cost function. And the two non-zero voltage vectors are optimally allocated to make the output current approach the reference current as close as possible. Thus, low CMV, rapid current-following capability and sufficient output current ripple performance are attained by the developed method. 主动面控制技术是当前大口径、高精度射电望远镜广泛使用的主动补偿技术,其包含的促动器在补偿面形精度的同时也辐射电磁波并影响射电天文观测。文中结合目前研究现状,对极低电磁辐射要求下的促动器进行辐射源分析,重点针对促动器控制板上信号建立数学模型,并选取晶振回路计算,合理设定印制板及器件的参数,通过Ansys 软件进行频域有限元分析,得到控制板晶振回路的辐射结果和规律。用近场测试验证了文中方法的有效性。该研究为促动器控制板的电磁兼容优化设计提供了验证方法,为降低主动面控制系统的电磁辐射奠定了基础。 相似文献
